Thank you for choosing Doctor MAC for your repair needs. Please note that our warranty policy includes a 6-month warranty repairs involving brand new parts on Mac laptops and iMacs, while repairs using used refurbished parts come with a 3-month warranty. It's important to pick up your repaired or un-repaired device within 30 days, as we the right to resell or dismantle it after this period. Remember to back up your data before bringing in your device, as Doctor MAC is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

*** All warranties are explicitly as per stated on the invoice. There are no other warranties.

*** Pickup  Available only downtown core or close proximity.ON Discretion.

***Customer is responsible to backup data before bringing in for repair.

***Doctor MAC will not be responsible for any data loss during repair or resulted due to repair.

***Free diagnostic does not apply in situation where  part(s) have to be replaced to find issue and on our discretion.

*** Cell phones and Ipads repaired by third party and not covered by our warranties.

*** No warranty on Physical damage screens or liquid damage.

*** No refund on sold products.Only exchange within 30 days.
