Mac On-Site is on site Home or Office Mac repair service offered by Doctor Mac Toronto.we have been focused on helping businesses and individuals at their locations, not a drop off service depot where their problems may or may not show up and repairs can take days or even weeks. Mac On-site is here to serve all your mac needs, may it be hardware failures, system problems, network issues or just Mac advice. We also sell Macs and upgrades.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel of reschedule please contact 24 Hours in advance. Please allow 30 Minute variation in time for Tech to arrive on site Onsite service charges are for onsite arrival and diagnose the issue and additional charges may occur for additional work including OS installation ,Data Backup ,Hardware parts etc.

Frequently asked questions

***6 Months after repair warranty implies only in case of any Major part been replaced with Brand New Parts in Mac Laptops and IMAC

The repairs where ONLY Components been replaced on logic board including liquid damage repair, the warranty will be 6 Months

Repair where USED/Refurbished parts has been used the warranty will be 3 Month’s.
***Customer is responsible for pick up the repaired/UN-repaired Device from our repair centre within 30 days of final call.

***In the event the customer fails to pick up the device within 30days ,We reserve the right to resell or dismantle the  device to recoup the repair cost.

*** All warranties are explicitly as per stated on the invoice. There are no other warranties.

*** Pickup  Available only downtown core or close proximity.ON Discretion.

***Customer is responsible to backup data before bringing in for repair.Doctor MAC will not be responsible for any data loss during repair or resulted due to repair.

***Free diagnostic does not apply in situation where  part(s) have to be replaced to find issue and on our discretion.

*** Cell phones and Ipads repaired by third party and not covered by our warranties.

*** No warranty on Physical damage screens or liquid damage.

*** No refund on sold products.Only exchange within 30 days.
